It is difficult to keep a blog active, so if you don't have any special reason to sell it, please keep it.
if your site is just a hobby and there are not your main earnings, i think you don't have to sell it, but you can try to clear how much it cost now and compare prices with other sites, maybe then you'll be able to decide...
If you are in need of urgent money or don't wish to work on it in future then you may consider selling it othrwise keep it .Also use adsense wisely so that it pays you off well .

Try posting the site on some free website marketplaces with a minimum offer, and see what kind of response you get. Wait until you have some revenue numbers, even uneven short term numbers are better than nothing at all. Unless someone finds value in your domain name, and already has properties in the niche they will know what to do to monetize. Basically everyone else will want something to base their purchase on
I'd say if you've spent so much time on this site and now it's getting some good uniques, instead of selling it and cutting your income short you should test and tweak it to start building that list faster and making some sales. With that many uniques a month you should be able to make some decent income with it, especially if you keep tweaking your conversions and growing your traffic.

Why do you sell if you are earning money from site? if you want to sell then you should show these points.
Just thinking, does it make you any money each month? if you could earn better than $10 then keep it as this amount could let you pay for hosting and domain too. So, it will gradually earn you in the next 10 years when your domain are old enough and it will has good value.
Always better to be earning first before selling but if you just sold it off the traffic you might get a few hundred bucks for it. Really depends on your motivation for selling if its worth it or not.
As you said,d you site is becoming good in next months and i don't think selling it be a good idea. If you can manage it easily, don't sell it and wait some more months, then decide about selling or not selling it.
try a private sale right here on dp, even flippa to test the waters. Even get an expert opinion from someone here to see how much it's worth. It sounds like you're selling just for the heck of it, but this site can be developed into something bigger. Adsense is not the greatest way to monetize either.
