My website has been doing reasonably well lately and seems to be generating more and more traffic from keywords search engines.

Its averaging over 100 unique visitors a day from very little promotional work.

I have also started to making good money everyday from google adsense.

The other day i received an email asking if i was interested in selling my domain.

I started this site as a hobbie and have not looked much further than that really. Any ideas of a reasonable offer for this domian. (see below)

    Thanks

How would you work out what your site is worth?

If you need a bigger amount of money right away, sell it. If not, then keep building the site.

Why not develop your site further until you are tired of it, by then it would have grown far more and fetch more money?

Ask the person interested how much is he willing to pay. If the price is right accept, if not keep developing your site.

The trouble is i have no idea what sort of price a domain like this is worth. I know the sites is doing really well considering the little time and effort invested.

That's why you should ask for an offer. The person interested will probably give you an idea of how much he is willing to pay. Then you decide if it's worth it or not.

Only sell, if you feel like you've got out everything you can from your domain.
You don't want to be dissapointed if your successor makes more money from it then you'll ever did.

Personally, I would build up the website a bit more, mabe try to generate a userbase get some adsense on there, make the site worth your while. Why start it and sell it, prolong your use, and you will prolong your money :p If that makes any sense.
