They have been earning around $700 a month for the past year. 2 different sites from 2 different advertizers. They are stable.

What do you think i should be looking for?

Why dont you spend some of the earnings to promote your website even more with lets say adwords or another advertising opportunity? See if you could boost the income even more by advertising some of the income you have made. And if this works then why sell it if it could be paying your rent.

Why on earth would you sell? If they are making a 'stable' $700 a month I know that I wouldn't be selling them.
Are they time consuming sites or are you just sitting back and doing very little?

If as you say they are stable and earn you consistently $700 per month then yes you can sell them. And for some nice money. Don't go for just 3month earnings, you certainly can find buyers for a year earning (and sometimes more), there are many courses on the subject.

Now I can't decide for you, but they might be stable now, will they still be in a year from now I don't know. So ask yourself these questions : If you want to keep them, are you ready to maintain them and promote them further (for more keywords), or optimize for more conversion ? Do you think the earnings can increase ? Can they rank better than they already are ?

Also by selling them you can then invest in other things that will earn you more faster.

Honestly, I'd go for the quick sale. That's a nice amount of income to be making on a monthly basis and on autopilot, too. I'd suggest that you aim for the more serious buyers and get a little bit of cushion on your sale. You don't want to sell your sites and then regret it later that you didn't get more out of them.

How many bucks are you expecting for these two sites. $700 per month mean $350 each site. isn't it?

If their income is solid and automatic...why not keep them and move onto something else? A few more sites like this and you could be well on your way to giving yourself the opportunity of a fantastic lifestyle...I've bought and sold many websites in the past and although the initial buzz you get out of selling something is good, there is an emptinness that follows when you realise you've just sold an autopilot site bringing you money every month for no work!

Don't rush into selling, $700 could be 50% of your mortgage...

    Hi,

I don't think you should sell your websites that are earning a stable amount of income per month. However, this is also dependent on the potential selling price of your websites.

I think i will not sell that site. Because if i spend more time to promote it for people. I think i will get more than $700 / month :D

Selling is really a bad idea! Every dollar counts in online business. try to improve sales thru the existing method of getting customers!

You'd be looking at at least 7k for the sites, which is handy if you're in dire need for the money (i.e. unexpected expenses, or need capital for a new project). If your circumstances haven't really changed, and you're just getting 'bored' so to speak, keep the sites, replicate their philosophy on another site and start earning $700 a week.

If you are going to sell them, at least ask for the equivalent of 12 months earnings for each. That way its roughly $8000, not a bad profit!

Yeh true. But problem is if i list it for sale. People will just say they are interested and get url and advertizer info. But often they can't afford to buy the sites.
