Should I sell domain or should I develop it into a site?

    I purchased a domain that is for the sequel of a popular game series. How much is something like that worth? For example, the domain is equivalent to...portal3.com or thewitcher3.com.

    IMO domains are pretty worthless unless they are developed. If you made this into a big site it could be worth a ton of money down the road... undeveloped domain, not so much.

    If the domain name is really cool, I would develop a website with nice content, images and videos and probably that domain will get also lots of traffic so it would be easy to sell afterwards...

    If you have the budget, develop it - why not?
