Should I risk asking for website reviews? Worried about negative feedback.

    Hey all,

I recently launched a social bloggers network and I'm considering sending my new website to a few big bloggers and email marketers for them to review. I am aware that this means I might receive bad reviews. I've heard that any publicity is good publicity but am not so sure if this is the case with websites.

Do any of you guys have any experience? Is it recommendable?

    Thanks,
    Marc

I think it's a good idea. Even if you receive a bad review, use it to your advantage. Getting other people's opinion gives you the chance to work on weak spots of your website.

Hey why u think so much in just posting a thread...Don't worry bro..!!
Be frank, fearless and out of all your worries...Let the people write what they likes about your site and what they don't. You can rectify your mistakes and make your site more fruitful by getting those bad reviews.:)

    Thanks guys,

Do you suggest I email some big IT bloggers with my proposal? Maybe I could offer something in return?
