Should I report to google support when I change my ISP? Because it means my IP address will also change when I log into my Adsense account.

I don't think, there will be any problem in your IP change.

    OK....

I suspected that perhaps Google links our account with our IP Address, so a change in IP address may raise a yellow flag.

I'm using a new ISP with shared IP...so I'm afraid that there other Adsense users who use the same IP.

These isn't anything wrong with changing ISP. Switching ISPs is a normal thing and guys at Google are smart enough to understand that.

Also if a "yellow flag" is raised, you can clarify the matter, as it is very simple, unless you are going to use it for wrong purposes.

I access my account from multiple computers and while traveling from multiple countries. Nothing wrong with that.

You are not required to report to Google if you change your ISP.
