My wife noticed a link to this site from YouTube, and I'm wondering if this site should be reported and to whom? I'm not opposed to 1st ammendment rights and the right to view good, clean porn, but there appear to be some fairly young girls on this site even though they are clothed. They say this is legal in the footer, but I would be upset if I found pictures of my child put up on some site like this. Also, YouTube and other "tube" sites seem to have similar content. Should these be reported as well? Oh the site is jailbaitforever(dot)com and that is the screen name of this person on YouTube. I'm shocked YouTube/Google allows links to sites like this!
It's legal... there are definitely some girls in there that are not quite 18.. but they all seemed to be dressed. Most you can do is cause them grief with the hosting provider, as most don't want to be associated with this kind of stuff.
Actually, I am in a way familiar with the subject of 'jail bait'. There is nothing to report because these websites get their pictures off of MYSPACE. They browse myspace and look for pictures like these and put them on their site. So, really you would have to report myspae and that person because THEY put those pictures up in the first place. Don't let your kids have myspace accounts!
Wow! I have a young child that will NEVER have a Myspace account. The should limit these social networking sites to people over 18. Still can't believe this crap is legal...
there is no clear legal action you can take against them, only thing you can do is plead with the hosts regarding morality
Unfortunately it is not against the law for people to have pictures of people under 18 that don't show nipples, genitals, or buttocks. Believe me, I do these types of investigations all the time, now, it may be a violation of state law if they do not have the parents/guardians permissions, depends on the state where they are hosted at. You could try the host route.
I didn't get a chance to report it to the host... I wonder if someone else did... Good for them! I did report to that asacp so maybe they reported it to the host...
