Should I replace my adwords... 70 clicks a day = $2

    Hi

I have been using adwords on a Paris Hilton site I own. I consistantly acheive around 70 clicks a day, but never get more than $3. I am really tired of this because in the last few days I have had 1,201 clicks and only made $60.

All of my clicks are real clicks from search engine traffic, and almost every visitor came to that site looking for paris hilton related content.

    Should I change ad networks?

    Zach

You could also try to use some paris hilton related affiliate product. You could sell her new perfume as an affiliate or even sell paris hilton posters (www.allposters.com might have some)

are you sure that you meant $0.40 and not $0.04 ??
as for 70clicks i guess even clicksor will pay more than 2$ ( which you are currently averaging ) . Zangocash can be used but its a per install thingy .

mmm ok.. When you say that most companies will pay more than $2 for 70 clicks, what is the average that I should really expect?

for 70 clicks on bidvertiser I've been paid $20.

Obviously this depends on the geolocation of the person clicking and the category in bidvertiser and who wants to advertise on your site.

The average CPC (cost per click) varies, but its been as high as 0.8 and low as 0.08

A downside of bidvertiser ads is that they have limited advertisers which are not page-targetted so you dont get as many clicks as you would with google etc. if you want to see the ads I've got them on my last remaining forum

3 dollars for 70 clicks is pretty dismal. Why don't you try filtering certain low paying ads, and try to add a few more keywords for better adwords... Don't be too full of Paris Hilton. Think what the people looking for Paris Hilton might also want to click, and manage your keywords accordingly. *hint* Hotel Bookings pay pretty well.... and I can think of many more :)

get a piece of a paper

Think what is my site about
    List the main keywords
What products/services could be advertised with it?
Then write lots of words about them
Then do a second tier of words related/persons involved or forums on your form

eg Randys Wrestling Site might do
    About: Wrestling
Main keywords: wrestling, wrestle, world wrestling entertainment, discussion, randys forum
Products/Services: tickets, videos, games, memorabilia, figures, clothing,
Second tier: discussion, chat, funny videos, graphics, art,

You'll then have a real pick of potential keywords.

And what did Google charge the advertisers for clicking? .10-.50? Hey, after all their billion owners need the money more than you do I sure. And remember I don't think your suppose to talk about how much you earn with Google so they can keep their pay scale a secret.
