Sounds like a great domain mate I would keep it if I was you and then base it on the conspiracies in the world.

If keeping a blog on this domain is more like a hobby for you, this is one thing. But if we are talking about making money on it, personally I would call $50 a fair deal for it.

Since similar domains can be registered for 10$ or less, $50 is a good amount to sell. But if you like the domain and you already have a blog on with with few visitors, then you should keep it. Think about why you brought it in the first place. Maybe you will do something with it in the future.

You don't just keep it, start building it, you got a great domain that's why you are getting offer.
So, the best thing you can do is to start optimizing it. :)

IMO I would say keep it, continue to work on it. Make it into a better site. You can get more traffic/users and then if you are no longer interested sell it for more since you put work into it. Really, it is all up to you. How invested are you into this site? Does it take a lot of work or minimal work?

    Good Luck to You! :)

Find a writer, here on web services forum or on a freelancing website. If you want real conspiracy stories, then you should pay someone at least $25 to write a good article ( 1000 words long ), else you will end up with crap.

These days, native english speakers or very good writers get $50 for 500 word articles. And this is on the low side.

This option is if you really want to do something good with this site. If you try to pay someone $5 for an article then you will get copied or rewrite content, which is not good. A better approach if you do not want to invest money in it, is to have a page where you ask people interested in conspiracy theories to post content for you. There are people who prefer to write for free about something they enjoy.

Another option is to publish stories that you like from other sources. Copy the first 2-3 paragraphs and then quote the source.

Well i don't mind to pay $10 - $15 on each article but other side of blogging is ROI ... like i spent $500 for 50 articles ($10 article) and site is ready to roll with adsense so how much gonna take it to cover $500 etc

this is what i was doing with my another conspiracy blog (InsidUnknown.com) and it was getting around 3k - 5k monthly visitors

That depends on your marketing skills. If you are already into conspiracy stories with another blog, you probably can promote the new site to get visitors to it fast. How much money do you make from adsense on the other site per 1k visitors ?

I applied for adsense but they rejected with these reasons > 1. At least title must be original 2. Sexual content (coz of miley cyrus conspiracy.)

after that (unfortunately) i dropped that domain(regret).

That sucks, man. There's many other alternatives for Adsense, though! Just be sure to stay away from Chitika.. :b

You did the right thing dropping that conspiracy domain, it frees your time and energy to work on a domain that is of interest to the more than 99% of the population that don't care about silly conspiracy theories. Let someone unattached to reality spend their time ranting about conspiracy theories, at least they will be genuine.

If you can afford then you should keep it otherwise forget about it :) - domain is 50/50. The offers you received were not bad so you should sale it instead of dropping it.
