Should i remove my moving text?

on top theres moving texts. Should i remove it or leave it?

Btw from 1-10. How many points would you give my site? i am a new web master so i just need some suggestion =)

 

in terms of design? 7.5/10 - i like the colors but the banner could use some work

thats a bit harsh. The layout is good but the banner needs a bit of work. The banner is by no means 'bad' but just not amazing.

practice your photoshop skills!! Id give it 6.5/10

 

you can always pay someone to do it.

 

6/10 from me. It just looks a little template-ish. the layout structure is nice and organized though. I like the way the content is emphasized.
