I get good number of clicks on Adsense Ad Links but the revenue is negligible.I get good revenue through Adsense banner ads.
If i remove Link ads won't i get more click on banner ads?
    Thanks.

its up to you, your problem may be is that you dont have enough visitors on your website. try to increase your visitors and also work with your ads placement.

Too many ad blocks on a page reduces the earnings. If the banner earns more clicks you should remove some others.

If your adlinks are currently well located, then yes you could increease the CTR on your other ads by removing them.
You should do it and test for a week, write down numbers so that the text is honest and see the total earnings.
Personnally I try to always use 3 adsense and 3 adlinks, I don't track anymore but before when I tested I decided the adlinks earnings were god enough for me not to leave them out of my sites.

    I get around daily 2500 visitors.I don't think that's a bad figure.

If you remove link units, don't assume that clicks in banner ads will increase. Adsense itself admits that link units attract more clicks than ad units.

My advice is to use 1 or 2 units (Lrg and Med Rectangles work best) and place at least one of them above the fold. Click revenue moves to the top and you don't want too many units competing with one another.

Also, make sure that each unit is being tracked with a channel. That way you know what is working well and what is not.

I know. I dont even get 1 cent per click for clicks on ad link units. But still CTR is high so you should keep it.

I agree. With 2500 visitors what kind of numbers are you seeing in clicks?
