    Website such nextag.com and themanicmarketer.com registered their brand name.
    Actually I want sell affiliate product from eBay and Amazon and I have website for example bsemall.com
    B= best
    S=stuff
    E=ever
    And at the header on my website I want to put logo “Best Stuff Ever store”
    So, I think I should register the brand name for my website, who know someone else will register it and get copyright owner after I working hard to bring traffic
    Where can I register trademark for my brand name, logos (I am outside USA), how much it will cost, how long it will take,
    If someone has brand name look like with me for example beststuftstore.com, can I register my brand name?
    P/s: which one in your thought is good “mall or store”

    I understand that you probably have big plans for this site, but I would focus on building the site rather than wasting resources trying to protect something that isn't worth anything yet.

    Yeah, build the brand before you register it. You still have common law trademark. Maybe get an LLC or Doing business as company. To show you've been operating as that brand.
