Should I reapply to Google Adsense after getting this email?

So I submitted my site to Google Adsense after making sure it complied with all their guidelines.

The problem is, I made a mistake and put in the wrong web address (I used .com instead of .org--and the .com was a spammy web site). I was rejected, of course, so I resubmitted my application with the correct .org address.

To my surprise, that application was rejected, too. I got the same rejection both times:
I read on a post that you could create a blogger account and put your posts there as they often get approved...so I tried that and am awaiting a response...

They state I can submit again, but am I blacklisted at this point?

Should I try again with a new adsense account? I have a second email and physical address I could use. I could buy a different url and use different articles. Thoughts?

so Google isn't aware of your original site !
I think you should create/use another google account and apply it again.

Buying a new URL ? I hope you are aware of at least 6 months rule. :)
    y dont u use original URL ?

Try to develop your blog first before submitting it to Adsense. It doesn't really matter if you are using a paid hosting or a free one. The important thing is that you have a quality site.

I did use the original url--in my second submission.

No, I just found out about the 6-month rule. I'm betting that's my problem. I'm going to submit again using a well-established blog I have and see what happens. :)

Just focus on making a good website with about 6-8 months of age and good content (30-40 pages).

Google has tighten its criteria while accepting the new sites. Keep this in mind while applying again.
    Don't give up.

I honestly don't know what's going on with you, but I applied with a website that was 2 days old and got in the first time. Then when it was banned and I re-applied, I said I didn't have a site and was going to start a few projects soon, they still let me in.

Jeepers, that sure hasn't been my experience. I'm resubmitting with a blogger site, then if that doesn't pass I'm going to try a more established one. Here's hoping!

I suggest you don't submit hosted blog sites on the provider's website. Host the blog on your own domain as well as your own hosting.

That's what I had originally that didn't pass. I'll try that again though with an established blog if the blogger one doesn't work.
