Should I put them on my business?

Hey!

I own completevb.com and I was wondering if it would be business-suicide if I put some adds in the content to make a few extra bucks. I know that logically I should keep it to design as I am offering vBulletin skins, but I wouldn't mind the extra cash.

Please let me know!

If you ask me it looks very unprofessional for a site that sells some service to display any kind of ads.

 

No, your conversions will drastically drop. Not even close to worth it.

 

YOu may want to display them in a discreet way. It may result in lower CTR but will only be clicked if people so not find the product on your own site.

However, if you've several pages, maybe put them on a selective few. The less advertisements, the better.
