Should I post Adsense add in new blog.

I need help about adsense that i have adsense account, so should i post add to new blogs and blog spot.

Sure, I have many old and new blogger blog. Should i place ads in new blogger blog. because i have only one site. Becoz i have seen may people place ads on new blogger blog, so can i put ads on my new blog.
