Should I move my website from HTML to Wordpress to get more traffic ?

    I have my website which is running for almost 3 years. (website link in my signature)
    Now I am getting around 500 visitors per day.

    From various internet sources I came to know that if there are daily comments on my website then it is good for the SEO, I mean search engines like fresh contents on the website.

    Should I switch from HTML to Wordpress ?
    Will it help in increasing visitors to my website? (through search engines)

    From a quick glance of your site it would seem like a good fit for wordpress. And yes google loves fresh content.

    Also Wordpress has some plugins that can help with SEO

    Yes fresh contents will help your SEO. But moving to wordpress will not increase your visitor. It will become easier to make changes/updates on your site, if you move to wordpress.

    I dont think it works. You can't gain traffic just by switching from html to wordpress.

    and If you post new articles then even it is considered as Fresh Content.

    comments are just an added benefit

    I would say, it will be easy to maintain, if you convert your html website to wordpress site. please do let me know if you need any help required to convert your html site to wordpress site.

    I agree a wodpress site is much easier to maintain - and very easy to change the look and feel just by changing themes.
    But you already have a nice looking site and it will take lots of work to change
    Personally I would install wordpress into a new folder such as www.ProjectsOf8051.com/wp and gradually start adding content new content there and slowly move existing content.
    That makes it easy to change to wordpress when you are ready and have enough content - with no pressure to rush anything and mess up what you already have.

    If you are planning to update it more often, you should change it to wp, but if not, make sure your website has great on-site seo.
