This is a nice clean template. It loads fast and is not too distracting. As far as what to put in the right sidebar, how about Quick Tips and use some type of random generator script to display various tips having to do with job hunting? You definitely need something there. Also I think you should make your logo header (the wazzabeb one) a little bigger. It kind of disappears up there.

The site is very easy on the eyes.. There just don't seem to be any theme base behind it.. I found it very dull.. Not much content.

Made some changes to the new design.. Add some depth to the site.. Changed the Menu to a tabbed style menu and added some headers to the texted windowed section to add some contrast...

Whatcha think? Still working on some content for the right sidebar... Debating whether I should use graphics or text for the texted windowed headlines..?

    Post any advice please..

Need some advice on the right sidebar.. How's it looking?.. I'm not sure If I should just make graphic ads to put there...

Any advice to balance this out.. Go ahead and click around..

    Definetly check out www.wazzaweb.com/newlayout/?ref=js_register_f

This is the Job Seeker registration page.. Easy? or not so?

Please, any comments are very welcome...

For sidebar content as suggested before some quick tips or links to some job seaking advice would be great. Things like resume writing, cover letters, thank you/follow up notes etc. I spent more time looking for that kind of advice than actually searching for jobs last time around.
