Should I make a website with my writing articles

    Hello friends,
I'm going to create my own website about X-mas. However, I'm unsure, if my English allows me to do it. This is my first article http://ezinearticles.com/?Some-Advice-to-Beginner-Shell-Collectors&id=816567
Of course, you can see English isn't my native languase. I have some other articles which were writen by me, but they sold and I cannot put their links here.
    Please, your comments.
    Thanks.

Yes, you should. As long as you can spend your time writing a content for your website in schedule and always updating it.

Yeah, but hire someone with a good command of English to proofread the articles and correct the grammar and spelling or maybe ask one of your friends with good command of English to do so.

I did read your article Nick, the thought process is good and its informative as well but does require proof reading. Lightless is right, with a little help from your friends, you should be able to manage. Before submitting any article read it aloud a couple of times, wherever it doesn't sound right, correct it. i don't think you should worry about the website, if you want to write just go ahead and do it.

Hey Nick, a good idea is to take up some reading. That's the way I improved my English. Find some books that are of interest to you and read them. You can find many books online. For example check http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page
    Good luck.

you can rope in someone who writes better English, have him guide you for at least a week or two. Proof-reading is also essential. I read it my articles at least three times loudly before posting them.

Steady content flow should keep your website afloat. Why don't you team up with someone with better English skills who could write the articles while you promote the website? You can share your profits. I know you have to be patient, but this will bring you success in the long term.

Firstly, I don't think you need to hire a writer. Secondly, if you have to hire someone, make sure he is better than you, so that you don't end up spending money on him and proofreading his articles as well

I think making a dedicated blog to the subject is a good option.
You can hire a blog writer, or couple of them, and ask them to publish blog posts daily.
There are many such writers here on DP.
However, you have to make a good choice. Money should not be the sole criteria for the choice.
itraders can point you in the right direction.

i would like to add another point, and I have picked it up here at DP. The only thing that'll fetch you good readership is good and targeted marketing of your blog. You don't want to be targeting it to those who just visit the sites because they have to in order to get paid via some traffic program. Once you get good readership, you will have automatic replies. Read the replies, reply back to them, build on your PR skills and network the site well. These steps would be the first basic stepping stones for you to make your writing a successful venture.

What word processing software are you using? MS Word has spell checking and grammar checks that'll help you out with your non-english troubles.
