Should I leave the job? after the fight with manager

Hi, Guys,


I need your suggestion and advice. I got fight with my manager and junior HR about my holiday just three day’s ago and they know they are wrong .now its very difficult for me to survive at here because all the time both faces around me so I have decided that I should leave this job but before I quit please advice me this is the right time to quit? By profession I am doing seo job in delhi

Donot make decision out of compulsion. You'd better think it deep. Find out the reason. After all, society is much mor complicated than school. Do not always choose to leave once there are problems. You can escape from this right now, but you could not ensure that you won't encounter the similar experience in the next job.

In IT field, the word I do n't like is Managers.. they are the ones who do n't do any work but still enjoy the benefits..

But one thing i want add here that if some one is hurting your dignity without any specific reason and he is not ready to listen you any more so what would you do ?

 

I've been there - you need to be smart.

1. Line yourself up with another job, make sure you you will be hired
2. Tell your boss about the problems he has caused you
3. Tell him that this other employer will give you 20% more (even if it's less)
4. Demand a raise

if you dont have any other income then id would say watch as their arent the amount of jobs their was 5 years ago.

 

Don't quit - just fight! Life is to fight and enjoy as much as possible!

 

I would have think that only you can know the answer of this question.
