Should I leave my test posts on my wordpress blog?

I am about to launch a website. I have not built the sitemap yet. I have some test posts on my blog. I was going to remove them before officially launching the site. Will this sloe me down in the Google rankings? I could leave them but they look unprofessional. What do you guys think?
