    Hello,

I want some advice on this one.

I registered carsonbatteries.com like a year ago but never used it. But with the current development electric cars are getting pretty mainstream. Should I keep this domain or just trash it since i need to renew it soon. So mainly i want to know if you guys see any potential in this domain.

The only decent keyword you have is 'cars' which brings in 338 million visitors a month, a very competitive keyword.

I would develop into a website and try, but im more leaning over to the dump domain side.

You could also get an appraisal first before deciding what to do.

I think you should keep. Post some articles and see how's going. After all, carsonbatteries is a good domain name.

If you dont have the time to develop it, use some tool like bulkdevelopment.com or minisites.com

keep the domain name.. for $7 renewal investment, you never know which companies may approach you to buy the domain name within the next 365.. dont worry about developing it, (although throwing up a nice little word press page to generate some traffic would increase value), but for the most part hold onto it, whats $7.. I have some really good domain names for sale on auction right now.. my signature has the link..

Keep it, it may or may not be worth it, but it has a good chance of making you some nice revenue.

Also when you use the domain name write it as CarsOnBatteries....makes it easier to read and understand.
My first thought was hmmm Carson Batteries. Does someone named Carson make batteries.

Yeah I think you should keep and if you don't develop try and sell as premium name. And you go the .com!

I would keep it. You should be able to change that domain name later anyways. i think most companies allow you to change your existing name for a one-time fee.

Park and run a blog on battery cars - it will increase the traffic and hence the value.
