Should i keep the site or sell it?

I own latestsongs.info which has a traffic rank of 530k and 7 sites linking in.

I've only just developed the site around 5 days ago. around 3 months back it was getting 400uv per day, i stopped with site. Im not getting any traffic now and need some cash to start my other huge website project.

How much do you reckon i would get to i were to sell the site now? It expires in 2 months time.. also is there anyway i could get the traffic in? Perhaps adding tags to the posts? Directory submissions?

If you don't have traffic/revenue you can't get serious cash ... maybe few hundred of dollars maybe ...

 

collect and invest as face challenge think once you will get the reward of that...

 

How much revenue are you averaging monthly for the last 6 months?

 

I get ziltch at the moment. It was use to be getting around 10 per month about 3 months ago.

 

If I was you, I would carry on developing it to such a point it brings in an okay income. Then design about selling it or carrying it on further. If it is has little to no income, it will not sell for much and seeing it seems to have next to no traffic, you would be looking to sell the site purely on a developed site basis.

 

If I were you, I will just sell the site to the potential buyer rather than think about how to attract more traffic to your site..

 

Want to Work on it: Then get a hosting program for it and continue to improve it till it can bring you enough income. If you need a good priced web hosting, I can refer you to some places.
Want it sold: I would post it on Sedo.com for free and see what you can get.

Posting on flippa.com for sale is good, but it costs money to post there.
If someone already offered you a cash amount, sell it to him if you don't want the site anymore./

Like everyone pretty much said, you need to cultivate some traffic first before you can sell the domain. Natural backlinks are your best bet but there are also some little things you can do natively to improve traffic and selling value.. I could only reveal so much since those are trade secrets. LOL.. I'd consider at least creating some content for syndication via article submission sites. If the content is quality stuff, it will be featured on different sites with all your links and credits preserved. It's a good start. 8)

 

If you lack of money you can sell it.

 

You can always make something out of nothing. You should start doing some resource for some networks or such. Just to get you the right amount of traffic so you can earn more money while selling it.
