This is my old tech blog (techblogonline.com) where i wanna start writing tech news and guides again but i dont know if there is a market for a technology blog, because its not a trusted source. Should i just trash it and do something else or try bring it back to life with 2-3 fresh articles a day? Technology is one of my main interests but i need something that can generate money...
well, I think that the design will be better if you change the color (black background is not very comfortable). I think the site can become more popular, just don't give up
I will review ur site in term of design. Your layout and color scheme seems doesn't fit the tech topic at all. The header is bad, and the font will be btter if it's brighter
I really like the site. Out of most the tech forums I've read this is the nicest layout. I say keep it.
I think you should keep it. Changing the header and make some template improvement would be nice. I suggest you submit more articles that can provide something new to the readers, some improvement. Then you can submit your blogposts to some social bookmarking network and also Entrecard so generate traffics. Add some ads and in text ads to monetize the blog. If you doing it right, you can make money with it. Just need some hardwork and patience.
I like the concept and I think the blog has potential, the layout and design is not bad, but I think you should get a logo.
I have seen the theme before, so you might want to change that and get a logo. The content that is on there at the moment seems OK, and I think the blog does have potential.
I say information sites will always be there and in need, yes change the layout and colors keep the site.
I certainly would not trash it, give it a bit of a polish, maybe a new theme and logo and begin making new articles and see how it goes. There is always a demand for information, so blogs like this will always be useful.
if you do the right seo than you do not have to worry about it being an authority blog, just make sure you write decent content. Ads will be your only source of revenue, i wouldnt even try affiliate. Like id affiliate it anyway because u have nothing to lose but it wont make you any cash at a constant pace.....my humble opionion
I think you should keep it up, it won't hurt. Definitely shine it up a bit with a new theme and make it more active! Also, content that others don't have will get your blog to the top.
The web looks fine for me. I think you should keep it. To make more traffic and money, just post interesting articles into the blog. Good contents can lead more traffic.
