I highly doubt that Adsense will take any action. Moreover what if he removes adsense from his site and still steal your content? There are other ways to monetize a site than adsense.
You can try to contact the webmaster and ask him to remove the content or place a link back to your site.
Best thing to do is to contact his host and report that he is stealing the content.

Only if you file a proper DMCA with proof that you are the copyright holder,

You can also report scam to Google, there is a form somewhere in Google Webmasters.

If your works not copyrighted, then it may not stand up on it's own. You should email him and ask him what he's playin at?! If Google Adsense scan both blogs, then they will naturally drop the less trusted (PR) blog/site and this itself could be disasterous, if he's been around for a while.

Google AdSense has not5hing to do with copied content. They don't help you.But don't worry, the copied content site are dislike by search engines, that site never grow.Rather be happy that you are writing such a good information that people are keen to copied it.

Google will not take any action on this. There are n number of websites with duplicate contents. Better you install a script that prevents copying..!

As far as I know, Adsense hardly responds to emails. Instead, try to warn that site's owner by leaving a comment, etc in his site.

unix you can provide feedback on their Adsense account informing Google that the site is using your copyright material.

Click on the 'Ads by Google' on the Adsense bar of the other site and report a violation - you should see copyright infringement as an option.

I would also advise filing a DMCA as Notorious suggested and even make a complaint to the sites hosting company.
