I am wondering a few things about duplicate content....I use wordpress and the Google Sitemap plugin...Should i not include things such as my achieves, author pages, tag pages and category pages in the sitemap?...If i am submitting all this info in the sitemap is google going to consider it as duplicate content?

you can check out my sitemap at

thats a tough one, although they are seperate pages, they are just different 'views' of the same data, useful for humans, but i doubt google would care

Build your sitemap in accordance with your robots.txt rules.

I suggest you to not include the tags in sitemap. The search engine can index the tags pages as duplicate.
