    Hi guys,

I would like to know is it bad to include service or company name in the title tag? We have included it for 4 months, but after we have removed it by replacing with other 4 keywords and our rankings felt down, but I read that the title should be very accurate and as short as it can be, so is it true? In general is it enough three words in the title and should I include other names like company or use any other keywords to that one that is on the main page? Thank you.

It is totally depend upon you that how you creates your meta tag suppose if your website page is some service related provided then you should include it in your meta tag. Also check related keywords related to your services and also include them to generate more traffic.

Better to add your company name, service, and main keywords to the title.

I completely agree with you, your company name, service, product should be in your keyword, it will enable people and customers to find you easily on search engines.

The main thing is which one you want to promote. If you want to promote your company name then use that otherwise if you promore services then use services as title.

    Hi,

Viewing from SEO purpose, I think it would be OK to include your service name or company name in the title if they are also your targeted keywords. And, it would be better to appear at the end of your title tag since the most important keywords should come at the very beginning position. You could repeat your targeted keywords twice but must be within 70 characters. :)

    all the best,

google is not counting the weight of title, title primarily for browsing the user to view, accurate title can improve the attractiveness of the site, increase traffic!
