Keywords in your archor title is a good practice in SEO but does it apply to digg too?
If i forced the keywords into the title will it looked strange and people will be turned off at the title instead?

Of course, I rank good for all keyphrases that have certain word in it, just because digg link.

    So, do it.

Try to be "sensational" in description, but use keyword in title ;)

Can't but agree... Besides, many people simply *copy* titles of Digg news, so you might get more backlinks with your keywords later...
