Just wait a min. Before hire the any person.You should be clear , directories refers reciprocal link, direct link and paid. It is not possible that you will pay every directory for link.And it is also possible that you refer the reciprocal link. The next method is what. Better than hire ,do yourself. If not want to waste money. Otherwise we are always ready for this.Direct link takes the 2-3 months( It is not clear they will accept it or not). If you want to pay for a directory ,choose the yahoo directory i.e PR7.And do not run to the DMOZ.

Backlinks , do not purchase the SPAM backlinks . About Nofollow backlinks , it is still not clear by the among SEO people that no follow links are count or not. Alexa counts the nofollow links also that looks strange for me.
