Should I hire someone to manage my PPC campaigns, and if so, who?

All of this dealing with Google Slaps is really interfering with my ability to do things like create new products and sales letters. Has anyone found it worthwhile to hire somebody to handle PPC for them? And if so, who?

I've looked at a few PPC management companies, and usually they ask you ridiculous things like "What's your advertising budget?"(*) and want several hundreds to several thousand dollars upfront before doing anything, which means it's a huge gamble on my part.

(*) My advertising budget is infinite as long as I have at least a 50% ROI.

I work for an ad agency and honestly, outsourcing your PPC is the smartest thing a business can do unless they plan on working on their own campaigns 24/7 and like you said, you have better things to do.

An agency will need your budget amount so they can give you a dollar amount to manage your account. The more your budget is the more its going to cost you, but then again the higher your budget is the more intense of a team they will put your account on.

Say for example you want to spend $500 per month, the agency is going to put you on a team that handles small accounts of which normally will not get much attention. If you say you spend 100k a month, you are going to get a dedicated account manager and a more skillful team of experts.

    So what is your budget?

I am actually looking to take on a couple side clients and I would be willing to do it for much less then an agency.

    Hi,

A few reputable PPC management companies I ave used are PepperJam managament and OrangeSoda. Both are very good companies and quite reputable.

Make sure the company you do choose has worked with similar companies so they are familiar with your topic etc.

It's generally a gamble however it's a good start and you can learn from your mistakes ;)

    good luck

PPC management companies are the best bet. They have experts working for them and if you are serious and most importantly MONEY..you should go for them.

This is not the correct forum to look for business...please post in BST if that's what you need.
