It's your call, just make sure that the person you're helping is not going to abuse you or the knowledge you shared.
Ofcourse my advise is that you should help people.helping people by sharing your knowledge is a good thing.and you never know the how you will be benefitted by these people in future.so sometimes you will need their help too. So do help if the newbie is in problem
I think its really strange that you are confused to help unknown person when you are a forum member...friend i think most forum member don't know about each other (even name) though they are helping each other without any reason so i think you should not be confused on this...to help any indicate the nobility of a person...so i wish you be noble and help to people as much as you can....
Came over an interesting topic. I support sharing for nothing if someone asks with specific problem. But if anyone asks to teach or tell all the stuff about something then my answer is Google is better than me. I am actually getting so much help using these forums. So I will always support sharing for specific problem.
I try to do something good for someone everyday. My payment in return is my heart get's to feel good for that day. That to me is worth more than any amount of money in the world.

Brother this is a bit risky be careful with strangers. There is a lot of froud going on in this online job. Never trust them if you give your blog details to know person that is completely another issue. In my view, you have to be very careful with them.
