It depends. Its best to have 5 good names than to have 100 bad ones. The domain market is verry competitive and im affraid you are kinda late in the game. All you can hope for are some gems in the dirt. First thing that you have to ask yourself before registering a domain is "If this domain is so "good",why is it availble?" Second thing you have to ask yourself is "Who i`m going to sell this to?" Don't buy shitty domains and please ONLY stick to .COM if you are a begginer.I know the domain game can get addictive, and you will start registering all kind of shitty domains, that in your opinin are good ones. What you shoul do is read, read, read and than read some more before you start in this business. Check out NamePros.com DNforum.com NameBio.com (for sale history) and all the websites and blogs you can find about domain names.Don't throw yourself outthere.Be carefull and i wish you good luck!
Yes, you can buy but the domain name should be quality names so that you won't get problem when you want to sell them.
I personally have around 45~ at this point... I wouldn't recommend having that many. Keep as many as you can actively update, maintain and build. Out of all of mine I think I only use around 8 of them at the moment.
Maybe the better idea is to build sites around those domain names and of course drive traffic to them. This will for sure make these sites more valuable when you decide to sell them.
you are welcome to buy as many domains as you want.... but what is your strategy? have you been able to sell your previous domains for a price that was worth the time, effort and risk?
So why you promoting them if they are not "the cheapest around"?What could they possibly give you more than a 0.99c on godaddy? Are they better than Godaddy?I never heard of them.Try to be more subtle next time.
There are a couple people here on DP (probably duplicate accounts of the same person) that appear to be shilling for that registrar.
Buying Domains is a two way street You need to check your ability to sell your domain(s) first so that involves good market/niche research Also Before buying check if you can develop the domain if not sold to your potential buyer, so this again comes down to market research On another note its better and more MAINTAINABLE to buy 1 name worth $100 than buying 10 domains worth $10 each.
