Are they complete duplicates, or are you doing a 301/2 redirect?

And are they totally different domain names, or just the extension (like mysite.com + mysite.net)...?

p.s. Shoemoney, I gotta know... what's going on in that avatar pic...?

No, full redirects - 2 are subdomains from other sites, and 1 is a full domain, pointed via a webmspace manager

Ok, those aren't considered 'spam' or duplication... it's only if you didn't do the redirect (and either had the content duplicated or just served from multiple domains) that you might be penalized. But, even then, I think you have to be blatently "overboard" to get penalized.

I would get the .org and stay away from .info.

Having had health issues myself, I always had more trust in .org sites than others (silly really once you get into web design and realise that anyone can own them). I have a similar site for brain tumor patients, and went with .org

idk, I like .org, people recognize it more and I think it'd be easier to remember since it's more common. And I have had .org websites that I remembered.

Also, I've found many people that I know that are not too much into the internet seem to trust .org websites more since it sounds non-profit even though my .org website is for profit.

I guess I will echo someone else's view. The .info domain names are being bought up by a lot of spammers.

I've been on a crusade to get as much spam as possible out of my inbox. This has included setting server side filters to block most free email providers, and just for the fun of it on Friday I setup a filter to block messages that contain any URL with the .info extension.

This one filter has made a huge impact on the amount of spam I usually receive over the weekend.

I don't think I'm any different than anyone else. I expect other people have probably setup filters to block this domain name extension. I also believe I would have to have a real good reason to remove this filter; once it is removed, I'm back to receiving a LOT more spam.

    Best Regards,
    Steve MacLellan

lol, I forgot about dmoz. I know of quite a few, but I can't just think of them without putting some thought to it.
