Sure, Joomla got a lot a beautiful designs but he's too strong.

    Drupal is simple & fresh.

Drupal is the best choice ;)

If you are a good designer then you should make a website with programming languages but if you are not a programmer or didn't like to make a website through programming then Joomla will be the best option that you can avail, actually Joomla is a content management system and one can (who i snot a programmer) can make a website through it....

ya infact , i am a coder....but chose cms for ease of adding content...actually i found it really unfeasible when one has to add thousands of pages in the same layout without any other requirement than the good placement of contents...

I'd go for Joomla - I think it's easier to use and have more add-ons than Drupal.

I have no idea why people are giving you all this advice without more background of the purpose of the site. please supply the purpose of the site so you can get a better answer. you want the right choice, not what others "think will work" please post what you will be using the CMS for

I agree, XSitePro has been great for me and I have found it very easy for when I need to "plop" up a page in a hurry!

Joomla for me.. It's really hard for beginners to understand how everything works there but if you understand it it will become easy.
