Should I get oneway link from link directory?

    I submit my website to spain and english directories
    These are not related with my website.
    Should I submit?

    It's important for link building, not for bringing traffic to your site. You should have in my the 2 aspects of the question:
    - Link building for SE,
    - Driving traffic to your site by building links in relevant sites, in adequate places, with good traffic.
