Should I Exploit these links?

I have 2 groups in myspace that jumped to PR7. One has about 2700 members and one only has one member.

How valuable are these links and should I use them for a lot of links to my sites or just selectively? What is the best way to use these pages is what I really am asking.

thanks for any help you can provide.

I would think the best use of MySpace pages is for getting traffic. You have a group of people interested in some specific subject (I assume). That sounds like a lot of good potential targeted traffic. I wouldn't worry too much about the SE aspecs of it and try to cater to your users. Give them links they would be interested in.

I tend to disagree. I think the myspace traffic is pretty much useless, but you can use the PR to get new sites indexed.

I agree that MySpace traffic is pretty useless

Unless you're looking for photographers as an aspiring model or something like that the amount of listed services isn't worth the hassle

Do you really think the traffic is useless if it is coming from a group? People who belong to the group are obviously interested in the subject, so the traffic should be good. Remember that $30,000 in 30 days challenge or whatever it was? He got most of his sign ups from myspace. You can get myspace traffic to convert.

Looking at your signature, the traffic might not be totally useless. However myspace doesn't send buyers, they send surfers.
However, I think it will work to get sites indexed.
I don't care about the challenge guys, its what they don't tell you that makes them money.

Yeah, there's no way myspace send serious buyers, possibly community websites are the worst for buyers
