That'll be $50. Seriously... Glad to help. Be sure to ask about a program that focuses on "core strength" which is basically all the supportive muscles in your back, hips, and stomach areas. I switched up on my program about 3 months ago and the difference has been tremendous. Before I could work all day in the yard and be tired, and then kinda sore the next day when I woke up. Now I can plow through it like nothing and wake up the next day and be fine. JB
maybe you have to practice good posture. i think you can do that even if you are using laptop or desktop. it depends on how you do your work with your laptop. self discipline is the key
