I have a PR3 site with junk on it. I also have a new travel site that I just launched and really want to get people to view. Should I domain forward my PR3 site to my PR0 site? Or should I copy my content from my PR0 site to my PR3 site?

Does one way help me with Google PR or SEO?

    Thanks

The question was which domain to redirect to which. This depends on a bunch of factors, not least the domain names, braniding, keywords in domain, and name relevance. So it's not a simple question. But yes, whichever way you go, use 301s.
