It takes some time for checks like MOZ to get updated since they use cache for the data that is present on the site that was checked in the past.If you or anyone else checked it as the links were present, that data will remain present for a longer time until it appears as disappeared, even if it does disappear.

You have to NOW change all the passwords for everything. This includes: your admin, the profiles that you may have on the blog, the MYSQL database, the hosting account, the domain manager account and CPANEL. Then, you want to change all the passwords for all the emails you may have attached to your blog. Then, I recommend completely changing the template that you use since it may have a vulnerability. The same goes for plugins, you have to use those that are often updated.

Now, the best solution would be to triple check EVERY SINGLE PAGE and see if all the links were, in fact deleted. You have to start with template files. They have to be clean, completely clean. This is where hackers usually place the links, not in the posts, thus leading towards their presence still being there.

Then, you want to look at the posts. Check them one by one. in TEXT/HTML format, not in a visual editor. Then, check the tags to see if some tags were automatically generated.

All this is a hassle, I agree, but it is the best thing since you also get to keep your content and your page authority. In the event that all this is too much, export the database, move the posts to blogspot in your case (although a WORDPRESS installation would be much better) and do 301 redirects to preserve SEO rankings you may have. This may be easier in your case.

    Hope this helps! :D

Try to recover your blog site as much as possible through major changes within the blogger account to secure it and if not possible you can create a new one or other blog site platform.
