    Hello,

In 2011 I did a post on highest paid quarterbacks 2011, now this year I'm about to do a post on top 10 highest paid quarterbacks 2012. Should I delete the 2011 post, or will the 2012 post as long as it is written different be fine, and get on to google? I'm afraid to delete my first post, because i still get very high rankings for "tom brady salary" and "eli manning salary" searches. I'm talking about one of the first 5 searches, there is so much traffic in it, but if i want my 2012 post to succeed do I have to delete?
Here is the post, just so you can see.

No Don't Delete!! As long as You have At LEAST these three things different Google will not deindex you!!
1). Title: even with one word diffenrent! ex 2012 - 2011
2). Description: Try to mix up some of the wording in the description! With Google Panda its about keyword% and density! Change some words!!
3). Body Text: Change up Some Words to show Non Duplication of pages!!

Remember Be Authentic!!!!! Google, MSN, Yahoo, AOL, and Blekko Likes That!! Yes BLEKKO ( Now Ranked Top 5 in Search Engines!!) Didn't know that HUH???

Of course not the old page is likely still sending organic search traffic.

Also, place a link from your 2011 post going to your new 2012 post. Since they are relevant, so the old post will pass some authority to your new post and will help in SEO.

Don't even think of deleting! Google is showing very old searches these days. Just write a new one and ensure that both posts are not too similar to each other.
