Ok, I must be missing somethng here.

Why do you have a server?

Why not sign up with a host company, and pay, maybe, $20 a month???

Am I not reading your post right?

Sounds like you're doing good to me, it's all relative you know, look at ways to limit your expenses, always keep a close eye on everything you're spending money on - personal and business wise. Find cheaper alternatives, etc. Think about ways you could also monetize the expense of that server, do you have reseller hosting available to you? Can always branch out w/ a different business or aff program to cover the $100 expense per month like creating a membership site with it, or get into offering hosting to customers as part of your biz ... see maybe how you can combine that with whatever you are already doing.

Hostgator has some good reseller plans to host unlimited domains with....and I'd continue your job if you're still unsure, don't want to risk running the well dry unless you're confident that your current income can support you.

If you can live on $400 a month props to you. honestly, dont quit your day job. Yes you can make $1000 a month and quit your day job, but if that monthly $1000 is enough money JUST to get by, its not worth it. You want enough money to get by each month, not have to worry about the next month, and be financialy stable.

As long as your online income is still small, you should never never give up your day job, whatever it is.

You only stop your day job (or night job) when your online income is good enough for you to survive on it.

The income will itself automatically tell you, and in no uncertain terms, when to drop your day job.

So do value your day job first.
