Should I charge more to Geotarget?

I'm thinking about adding Geotargeting to my site's ad server. I use phpAdsNew (now called OpenAds) and easily do it. But it ain't cheap.

I was just wondering for those that sell their ads on their own, do you charge extra for geotargeting or is a service that you offer your ad clients already?

Also, and traffic stats could be helpful.

 

You don't have to spend a cent, just use the free open sourced MaxMind IP database.

 

Yeah, I could do that , but I want to be able to offer Geotargeted a little more specific than the country level. I might want to offer it down to the zip code.
