I think the colors are good, maybe you could use a little darker blue. But I don't like this image going through the whole site i would delete it. The you should make some kind of logo and but the search box on the right side of the logo. The logo colors could be orange,white,black
The design is not bad but I do not like the banner which contains the search box at the top of the page I think you should remove it and add a logo to the site.
Rofl at the piece of the wrath of the lich king thrown, you should change that alot of people know what wrath of the lich king is. As well as changing the "search" text to white. Thats my input.

Nice layout. I think you need to add a logo for your site and the search field looks too large, try to decrease the size. And also change the background color.
