hey guys i found a PR3 domain, its still available.
Keyword is OK, its a two part name(length=11). If i call the first part as "X" and second as "Y"(for example)..
and when i search X Y on google without using "" quotes, it gives 33 million results, bt when searched along with quotes, it gave just 2500 results.
What do you think, should i buy?

11 letters is a lot for a domain, unless both are pronounceable words.

I prefer short words, but it depends. i mean my company is 14 letters, but both are common names, I wouldnt worry to much about the current results so long as you believe you can increase its potential.

It depends on the purpose of buying. Are you buying the domain for reselling or development? Anyway, it is advisable to check if the PR is real before registering the domain.

It depends on if the domain has a clear use or not for me. If by "buy" you mean register for ~$10 or so then I'd say go for it as you should be able to get more than that for it on here even.

In addition, expired domains with pagerank are just a temporary illusion.

It is more likely that Google take out the pagerank in the next update... happened to me more than once buying similar deal-domains :/

Research first if its banned from the 3 search engine. And also check its backlinks from search engine otherwise it's useless if you are after the PR if there is no solid backlinks.
