    You can but don't! They are probably going to be fake anyway. Follow people relevant to your business and hopefully they'll follow you back. You'll build up a much better relationship with people this way, and they'll be targeted towards your business!

    Yes, you can buy active and real twitter followers. Its help you to increase sale or website traffic. But before buying followers, make sure are they real or fake followers. But, I'm sure none can able to bring real peoples without login access.

    Don't think buying followers is the solution since +90% of them won't be interested in your sales most like. You need people who want your product and in that case you have to aim for people who search on content that is related to your products.

    Buying fake followers is good for one thing only: When someone sees your twitter account they may view the number of your twitter followers as some sort of an authority metric. The amount of sales driven per follower will be basically non-existent. So it might be worth buying 1,000 or so when you start out, but overall it's just a bad strategy.

    PS, if someone is offering you a service where they get "X followers for $Y," those are either fake followers of "followback" followers who won't care what you have to say.

    In my opinion buying fans or followers is not very necessary. On the one side people don't like or follow an account with less fans/followers. So if you buying followers is only good for reputation and a good image.
    But often these people only get payed for following your account and aren't interested on your subject. So they don't help you to get more activity.
