Should i buy this for 500?

I'm not going to list the domain name here..

but the domain is VERY brandable..

the domain was bought in 2001 and hasn't dropped since then... so 7 years old...

gets 1100-1300 unique visitors a day... mainly from google...

it's a general niche blog...

You think it's worth it for 500 bucks? (has never been monetized... so no idea bout revenue)

it surely can be worth $500 if it is very brandable as u said.

I would rather prefer to buy a new brandable domain name and will take my site to next level for that much amount.

 

I would say yes, it is worth $500. It also depends on how long the domain is, but if it is getting 1000+ a day and a pr of 4. Then it is worth it. You have to create something from it thought to make the money back!

On the face of it it is worth it but need to look if they are repeat visitors or new and current frequency of content updates.

If there is a large base of repeat visitors and it has daily updates there is a strong possibility content is driving the visitors in which case these will decay fairly rapidly if you are unable to maintain the quality/ style/ quantity of updates

 

Buy it.I think u can make $500 from it within one month ?

 

I would buy it without thinking twice. After all with Adsense you could that sum in one month on a site like that!
