Should I buy these domains ?

    Hey Guys,

    I'm new in this domain business, so some times I can ask funny questions :)

    Anyway, I have in my notepad several domain names, which are free to register and the google keyword tool generates good (in my opinion) search results.
    One of names gets 450.000 local searches per month. But domain names has .net or .org
    So, should I consider to buy and then sell my domains ?

    it depends. if you are planning to build a site on them then you should definitely buy them. 450k local searches can earn you a lot if you have good, keyword rich content. if you are planning to flip the domains then .net and .org probably not the best idea

    Le_punk, thanks for info. But the .net and .org are also top extensions after .com ? isn't that right ?

    yes, they are top extensions but domainers tend to avoid these domains for some reasons. personally i don't have a problem with .org but I would never buy a .net domain

    .com is the first choice. If not, I will try other variations.
    If I think a domain is very valuable, I will scoop up all its top tier names namely .com, .net, .org

    You can consider to buy the domains in the following order of its value
    .com
    .net
    .org
    .biz
