Should i buy a .info domian

    Hi everyone ,
    I was contemplating buying a .info domain. However various seo's are now saying it's been done to death by spammers (since it is cheap).

    my question is : Will a .info domain have a effect on the rankings ?:confused:

    There are many spammy .info's ,I guess they will get some kind of penalty from SE's but not sure though.
    I'm curious why you wanted to get a .info domain?Because it's cheap?

    i couldn't agree more with Richie_Nie statements, I haven't seen .info rules in serp yet...

    Not many .info domains have made to the list of top 100000

    However I think ,in future 1-2 letter extension domain may perform better than .com
    e.g (.eu, .de)

    I think, all like .com.
    and I think .info is not more cheap than .com much
