hello people. here is the thing, i have over 30 websites all of them on free subdomain such as co.cc cz.cc and etc..... they all rank very good on google even if they are on subdomain. but the problem is what will happened if some day one of the free service will start to charge money or just will vanish it the air? i started to think about buying domains of go daddy for my future websites. but than again they are so much complicated, for example you start paying 1.07$ for .info domain for a year and after a year it jump to 10.00$ per domain, and all my details are public at the whois............ so my question is this: should i register for real domains (will this insure my website to live forever) or just keep with my free domain that are a live for long time - some of them even 5 years old....... thanks
for a website to reach its full potential, it needs to have its own domain. keep the free sub domains and link to your new domain. Just migrate and market your new domains. i would suggest a host like hostgator that lets you host multiple domains on one account for under $10
Register domains for each of the subdomains you currently run. Once everything is set up properly do corresponding 301 redirects.
