Should I be worried about having Premium Wordpress Theme without H1 Tag on Single Posts?

    Hello everyone!
I have started a new travel blog a couple months ago (followmckinsey.com).
My main efforts were targeted at posting unique content optimized for the selected keywords and building the links using social networks and reddit. I have managed to get some positive results (alexa is at 460,000; moz PA20 & moz DA10). The website is slowly starting to receive some organic traffic.....
Now, I have discovered that my newly purchased Wordpress Theme uses logo as H1 on single posts!!! This is rediculous!!! A premium theme doesnt have the correct H1 placement!!

Despite this fact MOZ and Yoast mark my posts with good grades in terms of SEO....

I looked through a number of sources and lots of people advise the opposite things....
So, the question that really bothers me right now is whether I should do anything about it?
Please advise me what you think about it.

Thanks for commenting......Deep in my mind I understand that H1 matters.... The thing is that I read a lot of stuff on the Internet saying that "the times have changed" & "focus on the content" and you'll be fine..... And things like "H1 used to carry more influence". All of those things have confused me. I even decided to register here to clear this issue:)

I have had some problems with that myself with Avada, and some of their sliders. Usually its an easy fix going in the code and changing some php from passing "2" to "1". What have you tried so far?
Might be easily done by a coder.

H1 tag is going to be important part of SEO but this is not just it. It is one thing only. SEO is much more, huge than that. You need to take care of several things in account alongwith H1 tag.

H1 is important. However, as we all understand SEO is a combined effort of all such elements. If you ignore one element then of course that is one positive point lost but I guess with every project and website being different, there is always scope of customization.
What I mean by this is that if you dont have H1 then how about using Schema? :) How about using AMP? :) How about increasing your efforts on content?

Its about understanding what you can let go and what you cant. I guess, for now if you are tight on budget or due to any other constraints you cant change the theme then dont stress over it too much. Once you have a better understanding of SEO and your traffic, traffic sources and revenue streams (potential) you can then look at improving on the H1 tag issue.

Thanks for looking in to this, guys! I'm in the process of digesting all of the info related to the topic.....
I can definitelly see that the "don't worry about SEO, TAGS & Keywords" concept pushed by surprisingly large number of sources can only harm my blog.
I'll try to learn some CSS coding and make some changes to the theme using a child theme I guess......
The thing that really sucks is that I have purchased a "Premium Theme", that was supposed to take care of that kind of things.....

You may be able to find a plugin to make the change for you if you don't feel comfortable editing the template

That's a good idea. They are the ones who should correct it. Not me!

InnoWork, after posting a job at one of the freelance websites and getting several 100USD quotes, I decided to do it myself. I actually used your advice to address this question directly to the theme developers. They replied with detailed instructions on what files I should change. They have also sent me the new lines of code I should use. Now everything works well! H1s are in place on the whole website:)
