Should I be concerned?

This looks suspicious to me and I would appreciate your advice. For this new site channel Google shows 4 impressions and 6 clicks. The logs show only 3 other visitors and I can see where they came from and what phrases they searched but this one shows no referrer (exept for request # 4) and I strongly suspect is the source of multiple clicks (the other visitors only show 1 file request each + css file). I think he somehow arrived at my site, viewed the page and refreshed it twice probably clicking the ads each time. The difference between the file requests is very small therefore I suspect this might be a bot. Am I right or wrong? Should I report it to G or is there another explanation?

    From cPanel X:

    Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)

    From raw logs:

    Thanks!

If those are from Awstats, please remember that most hosts update Awstats once a day, once every 6 hours, once every hour etc..

No they are from the raw logs :(

But why would a human refresh the page (if that is what it shows) 3 times in 3 seconds?

I think those are no clicks, those are information that you host is requesting.

The question is, why are you so worried? Do you suspect someone is out to get you? Otherwise, why so paranoid about something like this?

I don't know anyone that might want to do this to me but I am concerned that actions like these might raise flags with Adsense. Maybe I ranked higher than someone and he is out to get me. :p

Probably the real reason is that I am not sure what the logs really show me. Do the lines I posted mean that someone refreshed the page twice in a couple of seconds or something else? After all I don’t know if the clicks came from this IP or some of the other but I am very curious if you would consider this a normal thing.

The thing is, you only notice little stuff like this because your site is still too small that you CAN notice stuff like this. I would work more on building up your site instead of concentrating on this stuff.

It's not that unusual for a user to "back up" and click another ad. One reason clicks don't open in a new window is so users can do just that.
